| In recent years, security monitoring systems have been used widely in many places,such as transportation, military, airports, banks, shopping malls, community and so on.In these areas, one of the important conditions to ensure the normal operation of thesecurity monitoring system is to obtain the stable, clear and objective surveillance videocontent. While in real application, various factors caused the scene obstruction andscene change caused by various factors will affect the target of surveillance video. Inorder to recognize the scene change timely and timely, this paper carries out thefollowing research:The paper analyzes the characteristics of three typical kinds of scene change,which are object covering, camera displacement and lens scaling, uses two algorithmslike model matching method and edge energy method to judge whether the scene havebeen changed, and then researches the color information and geometry information ofthe video images, puts forward some algorithms like corner detecting method, entropychanging method, sub-model matching method, and method of finding feature pointsfrom the center point to detect the different kinds of scene change. And then the paperresearches the influence of light changes to scene obstruction and gives a method torecognize whether the light has been changed.In the area of Image consistency test,the paper compares of several commonlycolor vector and combines the advantages of each color vector consistency metricstandards. And then the paper improves the auto-correlogram as a new method tocalculate the consistency of images.The paper also collects the relevant videos and image libraries, experiments for avariety of scene change, scene obstruction and the consistency of images. |
