Vehicle ad-hoc network consider vehicle as the basic information unit, it can make real-time monitoring of vehicle-related information to other vehicles on the road near by cars to cars, cars and road side units, which can get real-time information exchange to ensure traffic safety, road congestion avoidance and improve travel comfort. As a special mobile ad-hoc network, its fast-moving, frequent topology changes, multi-hop routing, and there is no storage space constraints and energy characteristics of the vehicle resulted in self-organizing network design will face new problems and challenges. Vehicle ad-hoc network MAC layer has different characteristics with traditional network: radio channel quality by serious road environment, traffic conditions and other factors, affected road network topology constraints and vehicle movement speed, link instability. Currently, many studies against MAC layer multi-channel coordination problems, and want to ensure the safety of real-time applications, while improving service channel non-security applications network throughput.This paper aims to in-depth study multichannel coordination mechanism IEEE802.11p MAC layer protocol. In summary and analysis of802.11n frame aggregation technology, I apply frame aggregation techniques to improve the service channel network throughput on non-security applications at IEEE802.11p protocol service channel. The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:A. Research on multi-channel MAC layer protocol IEEE802.11p mechanism, and designed the application solutions of a frame aggregation technology in service channel, then establish the calculation model of network throughput in the non-secure applications and take network throughput performance analysis, focusing on the channel error impact on the bit rate data frame length.B. Through urban traffic scenario simulation software VanetMobiSim generated simulation scenario, and make IEEE802.11p protocol simulation in the NS-2.
