In recent years, high gas outburst mines have been equipped with gas drainage monitoring system, greatly reduce the accident rate, and provides guarantee for safe production. The system function more and more perfect, more and more models. But the traditional gas drainage system is still focus on monitoring, not on the existing hidden danger.This paper is aimed at the problems of mining gas drainage system, presents a study of coal mine gas extraction system based on image processing of fire safety hazard identification.First analysis of the gas safety type production system and its identification method, introduces the leak and water hazards, mainly introduces the fire detection and recognition.At the same time, the hidden danger of fire as the main line, introduces in detail the fire mechanism. After the construction of the overall structure of the system and introduces the hardware composition. This paper based on digital image processing, feature preprocessing, image segmentation and extraction of suspicious fire flame. Finally introduced the hazard identification system which fire hardware and the use of MATLAB software combined with knowledge of neural network to the simulation of fire recognition, gives the theoretical basis for fire recognition.Finally, the simulation results show, the image processing of fire identification has a great advantage on. The effect is more intuitive, more rapid, more accurate, and the gas drainage system, fire hidden danger promptly remove. It has very important meanings for the research of this technology, and has a wide application prospect.
