Based on the project of the detection technology of the spectrum empty for the battle field spectrum management, a new ideal of the spectrum management has been proposed in view of the battlefield spectrum as the starting point on the spectrum detection in the complex electromagnetic environment. It combines the cognitive radio technology, the principle of biological evolution and wireless network. A set of the algorithm design is founded meeting the complex battlefield electromagnetic environment, which provides the new technology for the troops to win a modern war. The main work is as follows:A novel spectrum detection algorithm based on the cooperation has been provided to the poor performance of the traditional single-point detection, non-cooperative and fixed door detections, and to improve the detection performance. This technology can reduce the error rate of the system for resolving the spectrum congestion and error-aware under the case of the current multiple wireless communication equipment and stations at the same time.However, the characteristics are obvious in the complex electromagnetic environment of the battlefield. The commander can not obtain real-time information quickly and accurately even in the case of a low error rate. The commands can not guarantee timely issued, which makes the commander can not enough to play a good role. In this case, the author has proposed the collaboration detect spectrum also can optimize by applying the ethnic intelligent algorithm, which can be called as the mixed frog leaping algorithm, which is inspired by the ideals of the division of labor and information sharing in the life foraging phenomenon. The simulation results show the algorithm stability, the convergence speed and precision are excellent for the proposed mixed frog leaping algorithm.
