Aerospace embedded software is a type of system software embedded in thespaceflight equipment, which reliability and robustness determines the safety ofaerospace craft. At the same time, more strict debugging and verification job isnecessary in debugging and verifying the aerospace embedded software. Therefore, thetool based on model driven development (MDD) has applied to debug aerospaceembedded software. Model driven development (MDD) allows developers tendto focus on logic design without considering the detail of implementation. Therefore,the development efficiency has been improved.According to the testing requirements of aerospace embedded software system andmodel driven development (MDD), this paper analyze and describe the design of theintegrated platform system for debugging and verifying embedded software. Also, makea detailed analysis of COM interface model design, interface card input/outputconfiguration, interface code abstract, the model validation, and the organization ofgenerating code file. For COM interface model design, proposed the solution whichconsists of interface variable configuration and flowchart modeling. For interface cardinput/output configuration, has accepted to configure COM interface card attributesmanually. For design of interface abstract, it includes interface variable type definition,interface initialization code and receiving and sending data code. For the modelvalidation, according to serial communication technology, has defined efficient rulesabout model validation in detail. For the organization of generating code file, beconsistent with the system standard file organization of generating code file. Afterapplying the integrated platform system to debugging and verifying real embeddedsoftware, it shows that the design of COM interface model has meet requirements.
