Ad Hoc Multicast Technology Research Based On Relay Information

With the rapid development of the information technology, the demand for mobilecommunication continues to grow.In recent years,the development of multicasttechnology,which has overcome the defects of small network bandwidth, low channelutilization,limited resource of mobile terminals,makes it serve an more critical role ininstant communicationand other occasions like that.It usually needs to construct and maintain multicast structure in the existingmulticast routing protocol of Ad Hoc network, which not only increase network loadsbut also increase network delay because it set up route only when traffic arrives, thusnot satisfying low delay of multicast services well. This paper raises a new multicastrouting protocol which is based on relay information upon comparison and analyzation,which can save you from the process of constructing and maintaining routing. Thisalgorithm with easy realization and good scalability can also efficiently decrease relaynodes, reduce redundant data in network. We implement this algorithm in the base ofDSDV protocol and the performance has been investigated by simulation analysis underOMNeT++.Aimed at deficiency of this algorithm onreliability, An improvedmethod,called branches-added algorithm,is presentedbased on key nodes.The improvedalgorithm has enhanced the reliabilityto some extentthrough analysis and comparison.
