Nowadays, as electronic office provides more convenience to our lives, the problem of copyright and leakage of a secret are also becoming increasingly serious at the same time. Currently, more mature technology of DRM mainly protects the security of electronic documents. However, this technology cannot guarantee the safety of the printed documents. Once the electronic documents are printed, it is difficult to achieve the tracking of leakage acts and copyright certification. Therefore, the text digital watermarking algorithm which can provide information authentication has important and practical significance.Firstly, this article summarizes the digital watermarking and text digital watermarking technology. And the typical text digital watermarking algorithm which is based on invariants against printing and scanning.Next, the image preprocessing are deeply studied, using Otsu method is used for binarization process, A new method which is combining projection and8connected region algorithm is proposed for image denoising, An improved Fourier algorithm for the skew correction of the image and the character segmentation algorithm based on line space and word space are putted forward as well.Finally, in view of the disadvantages of the less safety and less capacity of the existing text digital watermarking algorithm, Combining with the characteristics of independence and length encoding algorithm, this paper proposes a large capable binary text image watermarking that can resist printing and scanning. By using the adjustability of edge pixels of binary text images, the algorithm can make sure the strategy of safety by embedding watermarking information three times repeatedly, Experimental results shows the great improvement of this algorithm in watermarking capacity, robustness, security and information authentication.
