With the development of web services technology, especially the promotion of service-oriented architecture (SOA), the service-oriented computing becoming an emerging discipline, which have got widely support from academic and industrial field. At the same time, the satellite information resource service tend to be diversified and graining, requires each functional service unit not only have individual service ability, each function between services and could dynamically combined together, in order to enhance the ability of overall services, the dynamic service composition method of satellite information resource become the new problem Web service composition technology provides a highly interoperable, cross-platform, and loose coupling system, the framework of information resource service system for satellite problem solution is put forward. Through a small particle size of Web services for communication and collaboration between the big granularity service, by combining multiple Web services, value-added service and service reuse, and Web services to maximize the potential of the play. The work of this paper is mainly include the following aspects:First of all, we propose a model aimed to describe Web services on the semantic level of language, and Web services is presented on the basis of OWL-S with the more description of information services. In addition, building on the four attributes of traditional IOPE, we added to the service purpose of the semantic description and non-functional properties, and the former can improve the matching efficiency while the latter can detect the services and service chains which failed the users when the service matching and service portfolio are provided.Second, A composition method of dynamic service based on building a causal relationship between matrix and graph theory was brought up. Firstly build the corresponding relationship matrix according to the input/output parameters of service, and store the relationship of the input and output between different services and of semantic, each element is a triple contains the current service, matching degree and the value of non-functional attributes. To find the upper and lower associated relationship fast and accurately when build a service combination chain. Secondly according to graph theory,look for the service meet the requirements of the upper level using the method of backtracking, during that process, once the value of non-functional attributes does not meet the requirements of customers, the combination chain will be abandoned and to find another combination chain.
