IT is rapidly into people’s daily lives,and affecting people’s lives. The traditional readingmethods are gradually being replaced by online reading, due to the low cost, easy to carry andread, update speed, etc., online publications are rapidly rise and development. However, since theupdate and accumulation, the traditional methods to find an online publication isthrough a searchengine, but the results need for secondary screening andthis method is time-consuming and lowaccuracy;Another wayisrecommending publications throughpublishing-reading platforms likeDouban reading, Netease reading, Dangdangreading, but the recommendation is too broad andunfocused,therefore recommended of online publications to need a more suitable platform.Simultaneously social networks are favored, and become a new wayfor communication andget to know each other.Due tothe social network’sincreasingly large user base and itsbroadcoverage, use social networks to promote products is becoming a new choice. However, as thestudy of the domestic social networking is still in its infancy, the use of social networks topromote products unsound unable to meet the real needs of users.In response to these problems,this paper proposesa recommendation mechanism based online publications social network.According to the author ’s basic information and previous concerns objects and user concerns forsemantic intelligent recommendation, including microblogging statement for natural languageprocessing, such as word-Participle, lexical analysis, analysis of strategic choice, to extractkeywords and emotion. According to the Douban API and the background library, this systemwill do a sematic query,andpushed the querying results to the user.
