Pseudorandom sequences have wide applications in code division multiple-access sys-tems,ranging systems and cryptography etc. Linear span is an important measures to characterize the pseudorandom proterties of sequences. Sequences with high linear com-plexity are widely used in cryptography.This paper is based on the know result,we make further research cyclotomic for the paper[6]. So in this correspondence,a new family of generalized cyclotomic binary sequence of length2pm+1qn+1is constructed. And we give concrete computation equation of the linear complexity (linear span). Where p and q are distinct odd primes. It isWe showed that the sequences have large linear span. In final,we verifyed the results.
