Nowadays, with the rapid development of multimedia technology, the image informationis indispensable in the human life. The influence will make the loss of the original image andbecome blurred. In order to restore the image of the original appearance, we need the imagerestoration processing.Image restoration belongs to one of the ill-posed problems inmathematics. Especially the blind image restoration has the very serious pathological. Theregularization method is an effective method to solve this kind of inverse problem. Blindimage restoration is a challenging research topic, this paper puts forward the total variationregularization and iterative blind deconvolution method for image restoration, usingmathematical morphology and wavelet combined method for edge detection.Analysis thetraditional image quality detection method, this paper puts forward to using edge pixels of therestored image quality evaluation method. The main works of this paper are as follows:Firstly, elaborated based on TV regularization and blind deconvolution image restorationmethod, total variation regularization algorithm is introduced and the advantages anddisadvantages of blind deconvolution algorithm, and improved combination of fuzzyidentification stage use TV regularization algorithm; Image restoration stages using TVregularization and iterative blind deconvolution algorithm. In order to make the algorithmobtain the only solution and use the iterative process of the image and PSF constraints.Secondly, expounded the combination of wavelet transform and mathematicalmorphology edge detection, and introduced the advantages and disadvantages of betweenwavelet transform and mathematical morphology edge detection respectively. Put forward touse the improved morphological edge detection operator to various structural elements noiselow frequency edge extraction, high frequency component of the selection of waveletmodulus maxima edge extraction, and to extract the edge of fusion results.At last,image quality assessment method was studied, the paper introduces the traditionalimage quality assessment method, and puts forward a new edge pixels to a new method ofimage quality.With the edge detection method is put forward in this paper after the restorationof image edge detection, and to evaluate image quality.
