The rapid development of network technology makes great changes have taken place in the waypeople learn, ubiquitous learning has become a new kind of study way, because of its education andlifelong idea coincides with mine, at present has become the focus of attention. However, due to the currentInternet penetration is not high and the reason for the related technical not mature enough, to carry outextensive in online learning resources access rate is low, resulting in the same high quality learningresources under the network environment in the process of be a lot of access, because the server load is toolarge to form a bottleneck, made the learning of the learners are not able to obtain high efficiency serviceand the experience. Aiming at this problem, on-demand connection sharing model was applied to flood inlearning design system, realize the optimal allocation of resources, improve the quality of service, to build apersonalized new ubiquitous learning system to carry out the research.First of all, based on the review of related research at home and abroad, guided by the pan in the studyof theory, analysis of the current in the study of the defects in the system, find combination point betweentheoretical research and practical application for later design flood in laying a foundation for the design ofthe learning system.Secondly, according to the main factors influencing the system server to provide services, the use ofload balancing algorithm and the thought of on-demand connection sharing model, has carried on theserver-side on-demand connection oriented in the learning system design, design of service differentiationand load balancing are given, including how to distinguish between, how to allocate resources type, how tocontrol the management resources, etc.Finally, the design scheme is given based on the actual demand to connect in the learning systemmodel, and on the Internet. Results show that the concept of "on-demand connection" is applied to the panin the design of the study, can make the resource server to discriminate different learning needs, so as toachieve rational allocation and effective utilization of resources. In this paper, the research results toimprove the service quality of ubiquitous learning system and construction of lifelong learning society, etc.,has a certain practical significance and application value.
