With the rapid development of wireless sensor networks, the demand of locationinformation has increased when people are using the resource of wireless network. Especiallyin the indoor environment, be able to obtairj the accurate position information of the mobileterminal has become more and more crucial. At the same time, cooperative location has begunto step into the ranks of the newly wireless location. With the development of wirelesscommunication technology and the improvement of the ability of processing data, the accurateposition information has become a very potential experiment topic and research orientation.This article analysis the indoor wireless location technology, and focus on how to improveindoor wireless location accuracy.According to5aspects which are: The background of location algorithm, the basicprinciples of the wireless location, The wireless location algorithm based on RSSI values, theoptimization algorithm based on cooperation and simulation experiment to introduced theoptimization location algorithm.In this paper, to reduce the influence of the random interference and to obtain the accurateRSSI values. The RSSI values will be processed by Gaussian filter firstly, and then calculatedthe average values. The values calculated by this method is not only improving the traditionaltriangle centroid locating method but also expanding the accuracy of the coordinate.This paper uses the cooperation communications between each pair of unknown nodes toimprove the location accuracy and robustness, and using this cooperate idea into the indoorlocation technology. Moreover, there are two algorithm designed by the idea which mentionedabove. The two algorithms respectively estimate the position of nodes under test from differentways, in order to reduce the location errors.For this situation that the number of unknown nodes need to be2,3or4, and consideringthe result of the location by different optimization sequence and optimization algorithm. Thispaper respectively designs the different optimization sequence and optimization algorithm fordifferent situation. Thus improve the optimization accuracy.Based on the MATLAB,simulation data shows that the two optimization afgorithms haveimproved the accuracy of traditional triangle centroid localization algorithm to varying degreesrespectively. For the effect of the average errors, the situation that there are two, three or fourunknown nodes (methods A, B) under the test, based on the linear location optimizationalgorithm improved by30.42%35.41%35.41%30.42%respectively; While, the circle domaintype location optimization algorithm has increased by11.59%29.43%29,43%11,59%respectively.
