With more and more attention of cloud computing security, cloud computing security encryption technology as the basis of cloud computing security, play an increasingly important role. Most of the existing cryptographic products focus on safety performance indicators and safety features of the system, such as strength of the encryption algorithm secret service system, the algorithm loopholes, weak key detection problem. However, the comprehensive security performance of cryptographic products is difficult to be considered as a whole, does not meet the growing demand for cloud security increasingly urgent. Therefore, the CC safety assessment methods, as an effective way to improve the overall safety and quality of IT products, has a very important significance.This paper,according to the specific requirements of CC standards, under the guidance of CC safety assessment process, conduct a comprehensive analysis and design to the Use and operating environment, threats, organizational security policies of high-performance cryptographic service system. According to the functional requirements of high-performance cryptographic service system in the cloud environment, this paper design security functional requirements which meet the Security level requirements of Eal3,and formulate corresponding measures safety measures. Finally, according to the various assurance measures and security policies, this paper given the realization of a plan to achieve Eal3security assurance level of high-performance cryptographic service system.
