With the development of communication technology sides, interpersonalcommunication is no longer limited to communication (H2H), a traditional type ofequipment will be a large number of machines access mobile communicationnetworks, and involves various industries and a variety of application scenarios,machine-to-machine communication (M2M) is recognized as the broad market andhas great potential for industrial scale, next-generation LTE cellular system with itswide coverage, low construction costs, with the mobile terminal features M2M willbecome an important means of access and transmission carrier. Therefore researchsupports LTE cellular M2M communication system is an important issue, but also byleading mobile operators, attention and favor.But the existing cellular network is based on the design and optimization H2Hfeatures and business features, and did not take into account the massive number ofM2M device features and business communication habits unexpected characteristics,so the deployment of a large number of cellular M2M will bring severely in LTEsystems challenges, the most important first step is the foremost cause ofcommunication in the random access channel (RACH) congestion due to the randomaccess preamble code resources required for the existing LTE system is limited, sothe main research paper LTE codeword random access system resources that supportM2M communications system in LTE random access preamble resourcemanagement problem, a maximization of the use of an adaptive random accesspreamble allocation algorithm to protect the system throughput obtained H2Hbusiness, and a preamble allocation algorithm H2H blocking rate guarantee toprotect high-priority H2H business priorities to services, and the two proposedalgorithm performance analysis and simulation.
