Design And Implementation Of Multimedia Classroom Management System Based On J2EE

With the development of electronic information technology and computernetwork technology, the computer is increasingly becoming an important andindispensable tool in people’s daily lives, and the management of the previousmultimedia classroom can’t meet the current institutions of higher learning of newmultimedia classroom management needs. Multimedia classroom managementsystem not only has a large amount of information processing, informationprocessing in a timely manner to facilitate the preservation and many otheradvantages, but also has high reliability and security, so various colleges anduniversities are seeking to develop their own multimedia classroom managementsystem to improve their teaching quality and efficiency.This article comes from Hunan Normal University in a multimedia classroommanagement system design and developmental process, due to the expansion of theschools in recent years, school size, the methods of multimedia classroommanagement previously been unable to meet the needs of faculty daily work. So youneed to design and develop a more powerful, more stable, more convenientmaintenance of multimedia classroom management system to improve teachingquality and efficiency of the schools.This paper introduces the J2EE architecture, two typical structures of JAVAtechnology and Web application development process used, ie C/S structure and B/S structure, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of these two structuresproposed in the Web environment based on J2EE structure of the formation ofmulti-media classroom management system. Then carry out the analysis of someHunan Normal University classroom management thoroughly, the overall systemrequirements analysis, functional requirements analysis, analysis of non-functionalrequirements and operating environment analysis. Through the analysis of the newmultimedia classroom management system to make an overall plan, analysis andfunctional requirements are discussed in detail.Furthermore, carry out a detailedplan design and implementation of the system database and the various functionalmodules on the basis of the previous planning. Among them, achieve its keyfunctions for a detailed analysis and discussion and realize the part of the variousfunctional modules. Importantly, automatic scheduling algorithm focuses on the design and realization of discourse. Last but not least, the system was tested anddetected to improve system operation.The actual significance of this paper lies in the following aspects: Firstly, For aHunan Normal University to build a multimedia classroom management platform thatallows teachers, students, community platform only needs to be completed by themultimedia classroom management, etc., thus Hunan Normal University achieved apaperless multimedia classroom management and information technology. Secondly,The system can effectively reduce the workload of staff and improve the efficiency ofthe educational administration, so that students can quickly acquire academicinformation, complete the educational function. Thirdly, The research of themultimedia classroom management system for practical application in educationalwork. Therefore, the research and development of multimedia classroom managementsystem has some theoretical and practical values.
