Because of its wide field of view, high resolution,high vibration frequency,fast imagingspeed and imaging without distortion,focal plane arrays based scannerless3D laser imagingtechnology was widely used in aerospace and military areas and currently the world’s hotspots and focal point.This topic is based on a scanning laser imaging radar technology tocomplete the the design of signal processing circuit module and signal collection circuitmodule.Firstly,the paper summarized and analyzed the theory of laser imagingtechnology,introduced and analyzed the main methods of laser detection.On this basis,thepaper chose direct detection as detection method,according to the analysis of selected lasersand related technical feasibility.Secondly,the paper analyzed the impact of absorption andscattering process on optical power attenuation when laser was transmitting in theatmosphere,and calculated statistical properties of laser echo.And according to the laserradar equation,the paper analyzed laser echo power,spatial resolution and range resolutionof laser imaging detection system.In order to better designing the circuit,In this paper,the laser echo is analyzed andsimulated.It’s also analysis some models of noise.At the same time,based on the lidarequation,simulate the target echo signal.In the end,We can get the simulation of echo signal.The paper used APD array with8×8pixels purchase through laboratory as corecomponent of receiving system,which using the middle16pixels study scannerless laserimaging technology.It design the receiving system hardware circuit by use the APD andemphatically on the imaging laser radar system signal processing module and the signalacquisition module circuit.It also study three methods of time identification and use theconstant fraction timing to design the circuit.In order to catch the signal,peak-holding isused in the paper.At the signal acquisition module,Adopted the choose of64signal chippills as the core components to implement the echo signal collection.This paper designed the signal processing module of laser imaging system and signalacquisition module,and provides the foundation of hardware circuit for the whole laserimaging system.
