In recent years, with the rapid development of satellite communicationtechnology, the application of fixed-satellite communication systems, satellitemobile communication system, digital video broadcasting and satellite broadbandcommunication systems is increasingly widespread. Under the covery of a numberof different tracks and hybrid satellite networks, that users choose the best connectaccording to their own business characteristics and network characteristics hasbecome a research focus in recent years. Considering the hybrid satellite networkresource management, this paper mainly study on the problem of hybrid satellitenetwork access network selection:First of all, this paper analyzes the network architecture of hybrid satellitenetworks,including the analysis of interconnection based on network layer s and theanalysis of interconnection based on physical layer. Three kinds of managementstructure including centralized management, distributed management andhierarchical management are compared to anlysze their advantages anddisadvantages. Then the structure of DCMCC is mainly analyzed. Finally the hybridsatellite network access control is analyzed to compare the advantages amon clientdecision, network decision and mixed decision.Secondly, to solve the problem of strong subjective arbitrariness of the AnalyticHierarchy Process (AHP) in hybrid satellite network, the group decision algorithmmixed AHP with entropy law is proposed. The exiting group decision based ondecision matrix has a high computational complexity and needs consistency tests.My algorithm is proposed to solve the problem and simulation is dome to comparethere three methods. The result shows that the proposed method can bypass parts ofbusy services compared with AHP, reduce the peak pressure of the system andbalance system load. In addition, the proposed method can meet customers needsbetter than the group decision algorithm based on decision matrix. So the proposedmethod is a compromise between customers needs and balancing the laod.Finally, considering the distributed nature of hybrid satellite networks, mathgame is applied to solve hybrid satellite network access selection. This part definethe satisfaction function of network and client by the relationship of servicesprovided by the network and services requied by the user. The network and clientpriority queue is constructed by the satisfaction function. The math game processstarts. To make the network the highest overall satisfaction, the paper proposes twostrategies including optimal matching window and dynamic matching window. Simulation results show that choosing the optimal matching window or usingdynamic matching window can both improve satisfaction. The optimal matchingwindow is a little better than dynamic matching window, but with less realizability.
