With the extensive application of IKONOS, QuickBird, ZY3high-resolution satelliteimagery and other remote sensing satellites, the resurvey digital topographic maptechnology using digital photogrammetry method to update based on high-resolution satelliteremote sensing images is basically mature. however,using a semi-automated means ofmeasuring the digital topographic map update repair software which breaks the traditionaldigital photogrammetric method is few. Therefore, based on ZY3images, combiningtraditional mapping methods, assisted with computer technology, remote sensing dataprocessing, GIS data processing technology to develop semi-automatic and Mapping softwareplatform is clearly of great importance.This thesis in the developing of the software development process, primarily the mainwork done is as follow:(1)Images based on ZY3DLG update software development design has been studied thatthe software function module design is more reasonable, easy to understand for the operator.(2)DLG to be updated based ZY3imaging software development core technology hasbeen studied, and its core features include: matching the year orthophoto data and theprevious year’s orthophoto data, use change detection, extraction of the two images changes inthe region; using image segmentation, and object-oriented information extraction technologyto automatically extract a portion of geometric elements; then supplemented by knowledge ofgeometric elements extracted to classify. Finally artificial means to extract the elements of anediting process, to update resurvey digital topographic maps purposes.(3)Compared with conventional measurement repair update software, the software willchange detection, image segmentation, object-oriented information extraction and use of knowledge technologies to improve the semi-automated measurement of topographic mapupdating repair.
