JCC Education and Training Center located in Guixi City Jiangxi Province wascreated by the chinese Non-Ferrous Metal backbone enterprises-JCC in the70s of thelast century, which included skill identification station;continuing education office;stafftraining department etc. To achieve the goal of information construction, JCC educationand training center commissioned the Phase II system development project to us fordeveloping.According to the business requirements of JCC Education and Training Center, thesystem adopted.NET platform and B/S structure to develop training managementinformation system, in order to follow the "high cohesion and low coupling" designconcept, this paper used abstract factory pattern to create DAL, simultaneously.NETreflection mechanism and the caching mechanism are used, which the creativity of thedifferent data layer object interface come true dynamically. Due to the division of threelayer architecture,layer and layer were independent of each other,the correlationbetween them is reduced,the developing and maintenance of the system was mucheasier,which enhanced the portability and code reuse of the project and ensured therelative stablility of the structure. In a word,the system used a three-tier architecturebased on the abstract factory pattern, which will greatly reduce the workload ofdevelopers and shorten the development cycle time of the program. The main work ofthis paper were as follows:(1)This article first briefly introduced the current job status of the cooper educationtraining center, and then lead to the urgency of developing training information system,after reading a large number of references, the paper introduced the domestic andoverseas research status quo of training management information system in detail,finally, the project objective and main contents were described in this paper.(2)The development of training management information system was based onMicrosoft Visual Studio2010platform, using C#language for website development.SQL Server2008, ASP.NET platform framework, UML modeling tools were used in thedevelopment. The three-tier design ideas of the factory pattern were used in the sametime, which improve the reusability of the code;the expandability of program and thedevelopment efficiency of developers. (3)Developing of the system followed the business requirements of the trainingcenter. In order to realize the workflow and business requirements of the skill appraisalstation and continuing education office, we investigated to the Education and TrainingCenter of the JCC. And carried on the system requirement analysis.(4)Secondly, the design principle of the system and the design ideas which basedon the three-tier factory pattern were introduced,and then the system function modulewas designed. At last, the database design was introduced.(5)Finally, part of the interface of the system implementation was demonstrated,the system which needed further development and improvement were summarized.After repeated testing of the staff, training management information system hadbeen put into trial operation stage, the development of the system to a large extent tomeet the needs of the training center, which greatly improves the efficiency of stafftraining center. But the system does not support online learning and online examination,it needs further development and improvement.
