Automatic detection of two-dimensional platform have such characteristics ashaving high positioning accuracy and detection efficiency, with a closed-loop servocontrol system that detecting production quickly and exactly. It represents thedevelopment direction of automated test equipment in the future. As its core part, thesoftware control accuracy compensation method is the research focus. At present,automatic detection technology is mature in foreign countries. There is a big gap inposition accuracy and generality performance between our country and foreigncountries.According to the composition and method of automatic detection oftwo-dimensional platform control system, combined with the existing solutions ofimprove the accuracy on automatic test equipment, this paper puts forward a set of newcontrol method--software for accuracy compensation control system. The dissertationstudies the control system of planar worktable which take the driving mode by ballscrew pair and straight-line rolling guide set, select linear grid ruler as the feedbackcomponent, industrial control computer is the core of control system, controlling themechanical part by send pulse signal to servo drivers through GT400motion card.System combine v c++6.0software and the library of motion card, developing thecontrol software and making the multi-axis control realized. Obtain the error curve ofthe worktable by using dual-frequency laser, according to the interval region ofworktable which divides the error curve by horizontal partition, obtain the data of errorcompensation, then compensate for the error of every region by software. In the last, thepaper get the data of worktable compensate by software, and calculate the accuracy ofworktable. By comparing with the design data, the result indicated that the method has apositive sense for promoting accuracy of planar worktable.The software control accuracy compensation proposed by this paper, take theadvantage of its high flexibility characteristics, divides the error curve by horizontalpartition, control the error of worktable in the range of acceptable effectively. Thissoftware accuracy compensation has a high universality, also applicable to the othertypes of testing equipment, such as CMM, cutting machines and scanners etc whichprovided a reference for the research of accuracy promotion on auto test equipment.
