Design And Implementation Of Traffic Accidents Analysis System Based On Sparse Represented Target Tracking

Vision is the main way for human to obtain information. With thecontinuous development of computer technology, using computer to achievehuman’s visual has become one of the most popular research area. Objecttracking is an important branch of computer vision, having a broadapplied value in the intelligent monitoring, home security,human-computer interaction, machine vision, medical diagnosis, etc.Because of the complexity of the video scene, object tracking has a greatchallenges in real-time performance and accuracy, and object trackingtheory research also has important significance.This paper makes a detailed research and analysis on the objecttracking method based on sparse representation, in view of the occlusionproblem in tracking under complex background environment, using thetarget block in the tracking method based on sparse representation andimproved resampling of the particle filter framework and. Paper firstanalyze the sparse representation model, the target partition of sparsetracking algorithm is proposed. Secondly, paper studies the traditionalparticle filter method, in view of the traditional resampling techniqueslead to the particle impoverishment, this paper proposes a resamplingmethod based on artificial fish swarm algorithm, making the particles moveto high likelihood area to solve the problem of particle impoverishment.And then improve the sparse representation target tracking method, theuse of artificial fish algorithm framework of particle filter for targettracking method enhanced the accuracy of target tracking. Finally, thisarticle proposed target tracking algorithm applied to traffic accident,designed motor vehicle road traffic accident video analysis system. Thispaper analyzes the status quo, the proposed target tracking algorithm is used to assist the traffic police video analysis, solve the problem ofvideo analysis is not comprehensive. At the same time, dealing with thetraffic accident by installed in the vehicle traveling data recorderautomatically upload video client solve the problem of traffic accidentvideo collection. System has realized the modules such as video capture,video analysis, by strengthening evidence collection and video analysis,public accident treatment, effectively improve the efficiency of trafficaccident treatment, improve the accuracy of the traffic accidenttreatment and impartiality.
