The core of digital hospital is the hospital information system (Hospital InformationSystem, HIS), including the subsystems such as the laboratory information managementsystem (Laboratory Information System, the LIS), picture archiving and communicationsystem (Picture Archiving and Communication System, PACS), radiology informationsystem (Ray Information System, RIS), etc.At present, HIS has been widely used in all level hospitals. Due to the characteristics oflaboratory equipment, operating procedures of various kinds, developers databasestructure standard hybrid, there is difficult for LIS to butt fusion information problemwhen it is integrated with the HIS system.For the butt joint of LIS and HIS information integration problems, the project developsand applies LIS system in a military hospital center No.1Military Medical Project HIS,and studies the whole process related to the information problems need to be solved. Thisproject forwards step by step in accordance with the system analysis, system design,system implementation, operation and test research step. Combining the reality of the hospital we put forward specific needs on LIS system, then design and implement step bystep, to realize seamless docking two systems in the end.The hospital established No.1Military Medical Project HIS in2001. After deep studyingexchange standard and code of HIS information in the hospital in2012, we firstlysummarize the establishment of LIS of the information exchange and integration needsanalysis and running environment under HIS. Then we design overall the LIS, partialdesign including the logical architecture, network architecture, inspection process,information exchange, charging control mode. Then in the process of implementing thesystem, it is applied to the network, relational database, bar code technology, queuing,intermediate table data docking, communication port setting technology development, thedevelopment and application of ORALCE10g database construction, bar code applications,each basic function modules, system security, instrument interface settings, etc. Finally,after testing the system, we achieve to design the exchange of information integrationrequirements, and implement the No.1Military Medical Project under the HISdevelopment and application of LIS. In the summary, as No.1Military MedicalProject HIS for the army hospital, development and application of subsystem providesmethods and techniques can be used for reference. At the same time, at the end of theproject, we summarize the problems in the research process, and propose the furtherresearch and improvement direction.LIS development and application of the research of No.1Military Medical Project underthe HIS can complete very well the inspection data acquisition, storage, processing,extraction, transmission, statistics generation data exchange. It is an important supplementto the HIS system. There are more than200army hospitals using"No.1Military MedicalProject" HIS. The results of this research have broad application prospects. They can playan active role in promoting the growth of military digitalized hospital and improving themanagement of military hospital and medical service level.
