With the development of communication systems, the higher operation frequency and largercommunication information capacity make the system requirement has a high performance data acquisitionmodule. Under the condition of high precision, the data acquisition module ensures should achieve a highsampling rate and a wide frequency acquisition range.In this thesis, we use the band-pass sampling of HFB ADC system to realize ultra-wideband vectorsignal acquisition and recovery. Meanwhile, an ultra-wideband vector signal output is obtained by using thedouble frequency conversion technology with SSB modulation. At last, by the design of the hardware andlogic circuits, we build an ultra wide band signal testing platform.The main works of this thesis are as follows:(1) According to the band-pass sampling of HFB ADC system and the frequency conversiontechnology with SSB modulation, we propose the framework of ultra-wideband vector signal acquisitionand output system. Furthermore, the high-speed circuit idea is adopted in hardware circuit system design.And the signal integrity simulation for critical circuit network is analyzed. Finally, the ultra-widebandvector signal acquisition module, synthesis system circuit and low jitter clock circuit board are designedand implemented.(2) The overall framework of the logic synthesis signal is presented. Firstly, the ultra-wideband vectorsignal segmented acquisition is achieved by using the2-D (ADC) acquisition structure. Secondly, we obtainthe original digital signal sequence through the internal synthesis processing of FPGA. Finally, by the PCcontrol DA module the digital signal converts to analog signal and up-conversion are achieved.Furthermore, the original signal is derived.(3) The ultra-wideband vector signal test platform is builded. Based on this test platform, theultra-wideband vector signal sampling and output are realized. In the test, the three-carrier WCDMA signalis adopted and the ultra-wideband vector signal is obtained by combining the two WCDMA signals. On theone hand, the sampling of vector signal frequency range from600MHz to3GHz is tested. Moreover, thesampling rate of ADC is increased form250Msps to400Msps with the2-D structure; On the other hand,when the monolithic ADC sampling bandwidth is larger than vector signal bandwidth, the spurious-freedynamic range of sample signal by using2-D technology is better.
