In our country, information recognition technology of IOT has been developed to acertain stage. And products using these traditional recognition technologies haveapplication limits more or less, so the new recognition products have a certain marketdemand. In this design, the main research object is researching recognition technologyof metal tag and summarizing the related knowledge. The core technology of metal tagis the alternating current field measurement technology (ACFM), and it detects featureinformation of label symbol with the probe sensing device, and then extracts usefulinformation of this label. Metal tag has its application superiority over other recognitionproducts. It solves the limitation problems of general recognition products, and it alsohas a series of advantages on detection, such as high detection accuracy, simpleproduction process, article integration, simple operation.In the study of ACFM identification technology process, using electromagnetictheory and mathematics knowledge, this paper establishes the perturbed magnetic fieldtheory analysis model, and then summarize a set of complete model theory. In themagnetic field perturbation research, the main works are setting up incentive model andcalculation using finite element analysis knowledge and ANSYS12.0. For these models,calculation model is implemented with the incentive model. Then the feasibility ofcalculation model is verified with these formulas, and it provides supports for thesimulation of metal tag finite element model. Considering the practical problems, thisthesis establishes copper conductor label model with cylindrical symbols, and thencheck the simulation results, analysis and study them in finite element analysis of themetal tag. Finally, these results give away feature information including position andquantity of label symbols. In order to further study on the magnetic signal feature, thenext works are setting up a platform of magnetic signal, and measuring the magneticfield data of multi-circuit model with it. With the summary of the finite elementsimulation and platform testing, a conclusion is obtained that metal tag signal is a weaksignal. Because detection of weak signal needs specific intensifier circuit, this thesisdesigns weak signal intensifier circuit and test the performance of this circuit.The extraction of the field data is the core content in the research of metal tagidentification technology. At the same time, simulation and measurement confirm thefact that metal tag product has the feasibility. The ideological source of metal tag is thenondestructive testing, and ACFM technology is a relatively new detection technologyin nondestructive testing field. If this technique is applied to the IOT system, it will notonly solve the identification limitations of traditional recognition technology, but alsobring new vitality to this system.
