Myocardial ischemia is a common cardiovascular disease, threatens to human health andshowed a rising and younger trend. ECG and VCG in the detection of myocardial ischemiahave important research value, but simply using the morphological, amplitude or anglechanges on images to diagnose early myocardial ischemia has certain limitations.By using the deterministic learning theory to make partially accurate modeling of theVCG’s ST-T segment and establish a dynamic pattern library to realize fast recognition, wecan convert the traditional detection of myocardial ischemia to the process of dynamic patternrecognition, it is a new improve to traditional diagnosis method of myocardial ischemia.However, the myocardial ischemia aided detection system based on deterministic learningtheory had to collect large amounts of ECG data and patient information, in addition, duringthe pattern learning and recognition process, the system generated a lot of useful information,the storage and management of all these data is an urgent problem to be solved. To solve thisproblem, this article designed the ECG database management system and in the followingfour aspects made the improvement and innovation:1. Using the database SQL Server to store data. The database technology can reduce dataredundancy, save memory space and ensure data consistency; creating indexes, views, andother operations can speed up your system.2. Designing ECG database management system based on MFC. As MFC integrates alarge number of Application Programming Interface (API) functions, greatly reduces thesystem development cycle. The system based on C++high-level programming language hasadvantages of faster running speed, high efficiency, portable and user-friendly.3. Data storage and management integration. The ECG database management system inthis article has functions of user login, user information management, medical recordsmanagement and diagnostic reports maintenance and use ADO technology to connect ECGdatabase, powerful and easy to use.4. Established a huge clinical ECG database. The ECG database designed in this paper have collected total1,170clinical patients information and2425ECG records, including theGermany PTB ECG database and clinical patients data in General Hospital of GuangzhouMilitary Command. The ECG database stored patient basic information, past medical history,ECG records, previous diagnosis and diagnostic reports and so on, all those information havegreat value to study myocardial ischemia and other cardiovascular diseases.The ECG database management system designed in this article played an important rolein myocardial ischemia aided diagnosis project which based on the deterministic learningtheory, numerous clinical information collected in the General Hospital of GuangzhouMilitary Region had been effectively stored and managed. In addition, the system is reliableand has good practical prospects.
