In recent years, modern power electronic technology has a rapid development in the fieldof communications with the growing scale of integrated circuits, the reducing size of chip, atthe same time the greatly improving work efficiency of the system. When the circuit iscontrolled to turn-on or turn-off in an instant-off, electrical parameters in the circuit willproduce high frequency harmonics because of the occurrence of transient changes. Highfrequency harmonics in the process of transmission generate induction electromagnetic fieldin the transmission path and the surrounding space, which will have an impact on surroundingcomponents, and even disrupt the normal operating state of the circuit, thus the problems ofsignal integrity and electromagnetic compatibility have become increasingly severe. To solvethe problem of electromagnetic interference and achieve EMC effect, we must recognize thedistribution of electromagnetic field in the circuit and understand each part of electromagneticradiation and the factors of radiation intensity.Using transmission line model method to analyze the electromagnetic field distributionof switching circuit can get rid of the approximation of the original method, without theoriginal dynamic circuit splitting off into two processes to analysis, directly by setting theparameters to achieve it and make the electromagnetic switch circuit compatible designbecoming more accurate.Aiming at the problem of energy conservation in switch circuit, this paper put forwardthe transmission line method that based on the original solution and the transmission linetheory. Introducing and deducing the1D transmission line model and then finishes theestablishment of electromagnetic power of switch circuit radiation mode. Meanwhile in thecourse of the research, the paper uses computer simulation as auxiliary, and the simulationresults show the feasibility and relative accuracy of the transmission line method and.Thisgives us a better understanding of the electromagnetic field problrm and has a supplementaryrole on the solutions of electromagnetic compatibility problems and PCB layout.
