RFID is one of the key technology of the internet of things, with fast multi-targetidentification, read and write long distance, penetrating power, information storagecapacity and other characteristics, widely used in the logistics supply chain,intelligent manufacturing, intelligent transportation and asset management fields.Aiming at the problem of multi-tag frequently collision in UHF RFID system, thispaper research on multi-tag anti-collision for RFID system based on IEEE1451,which promotes modern intellisense technology, and promote the development of theinternet of things, having a certain academic value and practical significance on thedevelopment of Internet of Things.Paper describe the background and significance of the raised subject, anddescribe the research progress and status of domestic and international of IEEE1451standard and multi-tags RFID anti-collision algorithm respectively. Paper alsoproposes an UHF RFID system based on IEEE1451, and make an analysis of keytechnical problem to be solved in the system. The main work includes:(1) Combining with IEEE1451.7and ECPglobal RFID application system,paperproposed an UHF RFID system architecture based on the IEEE1451. The keytechnologies of the system are analyzed in the paper, and he main function moduleRFID middleware and ECP information services module are designed;(2) Estimation method of UHF RFID tags and anti-collision algorithm arediNcussed. Paper makes a deep analysis of the working mechanism of DBS algorithmsand multi-tree algorithm, proposing an anti-collision algorithm of adaptive multi-tree(CEAMS) RFID tags, according to the advantages and disadvantages of the twoalgorithms. According to the characteristics of DBS tree algorithm and thedistribution of the ID tag, proposing an estimation method of tags based on deepsearching, which have relatively simple ideas.In this method, accuracy rate of tagsestimation approaches to70%, and also,the results of several experiments arerelatively stable. Further researching on strategy which is based on multi-tree tagestimation method, paper achieves optimal allocation of multi-tree by establishing thetable of split subset rules;(3) OPNET modeling and simulation of CEAMS anti-collision algorithm, use athree-tier modeling mechanism to establish network-level model, node-level model, process-level model。Simulation results show that,when the number of tags is5-1000,the average of the total number of slots in CEAMS arithmetic is decreased by65%than it in DBS, and the system throughput reaches0.52;(4) Using AS3992RF chip to build the multi-tags anti-collision algorithmexperimental test platform. To build the experimental hardware platform employing ahardware design which uses C805IF350to be a master chip. Software module uses the4-layer design,which includes physical layer, transport layer, intermediate layer andapplication layer. Test results show that, CEAMS algorithm can effectively improvethe performance of multi-tags anti-collision;(5) The UHF RFID anti-collision algorithm is applied to the management ofsmart room equipment. Through the design of relevant hardware and softwaremodules, to build management system platform based on UHF RFID. Using theRFID reader module and combining with UHF RFID multi-tag anti-collisionalgorithm,the generation and destruction of the device UHF RFID tags,registrationof new assets in storage, maintenance, Ncrap, inventory and other functions can beachieved. The application results show that this algorithm improves the effective tagreads,recognition rate and accuracy.
