Design And Implementation Of SIP-based Signalling Secure Gateway

With the increasing concern about public safety precautions,as the security industryproduct, nationwide deployment of video surveillance security networked systems isurgent work,and the signalling secure gateway is an important part of the system.GB/T28181which promulgated in2011specifies the mode of information transmissio-n, switching, control in the video surveillance system, and claims to complete the deplo-yment of screen management platform based on28181before2015, that`s to say, comp-leting the development of system which be in line with the national standard and basedon SIP protocol. Since the way of completing the video surveillance system is not unitybefore, mainly including two protocols, RTSP protocol and SIP protocol, in many mon-itoring platforms based on the SIP protocol, many implementation details did not meetthe national standard criteria because of the SIP protocol scalability. Therefore, an impo-rtant function of the SIP signaling security gateway in GB/T28181is achieving the stan-dardized and conversion of a protocol, at the same time, the information transfer betwe-en different monitoring domain needs through the IP network, so as to ensure the security and confidentiality of data, the security gateway will need encryption and decryptionfor data before processing data.This paper introduces the related knowledge and technology of achieving secure gateway comprehensively, including SIP protocol security protocol S/MIME protocol, IP-SEC protocol, TLS protocol, symmetric encryption algorithms DES algorithm, publickey encryption algorithm RSA algorithm and protocol conversion, the related theory ofprotocol standardization. Through the analysis of the demand for the gateway, presenting the overall design and making a plan about the system structure and function. Basedon the research of related technology, we achieve the function of gateway.In the last, article has a test on the security gateway for functional testing and comp-liance testing, achieves a platform meet the GB/T28181, and analyzes the shortcomings, and prospects for future research.The introduce of National standard expands the ca-pacity of the security market, and the signaling security gateway plays an important rolein the interoperability of video surveillance networked system, so this topic has an imp-ortant research significance, requires a depth study in the future.
