The Research Of Law Support System Based On Semantic Computing

Today, human civilization has entered the information age. From the birth of thecomputer after it has been nearly70years of development, and its appearance hasbrought great convenience to people’s work and life. In order to provide services tothe people, the computer should be able to analyze and process all kinds ofinformation in people’s lives. Here, we put this process to study as an integrativediscipline-the semantic computing.Natural language processing is an important part of semantic computing, and themain content is using the computer to analysis natural language in daily life. Naturallanguage processing is widely used in various fields such as text classification,automatic translation and information extraction, and it can provide a variety ofservices to people with high practical value.The main topic of research is a law support system that can automaticallyretrieve the corresponding legal provisions from the law based on the meritsdescription. This topic by using related tools of lexical analysis and word semanticsimilarity calculation, first do word processing of the merits description, and then usethe method of the word semantic similarity calculation to match between the meritsdescription and the legal provisions. In the matching process take into account eachcharacteristic of the merits description and legal provisions, using self-designedmatching strategy to achieve retrieval law provisions. Finally, design and implementsuch a law support system.
