Since the21st century, three big problems of the population expansion, environmentaldeterioration, land resource deficiency are becoming acute increasingly. Discovering andsustainable use of Marine resources is particularly important. Marine animals cannot bereplaced in the respect of regulating and maintaining the ecological balance of the sea,enriching and prospering biological diversity. Study of Marine biology to improve Marineenvironmental protection work is important practical value, the research of Marineorganisms is very important.It applies JSP language and Tomcat6.0to establish the security storage system ofMarine animals experiment information in the paper.When linking WEB site for Webpagerequest, JSP returns to HTML page through turning the request into data request. Thesystem design and implementation of each function module was completed according tothe actual demands. The function of the system mainly includes four parts of userregistration, user information management, information entry, history informationmanagement.Whatever transmission of information on the network or data stored in a database,they are likely to be attacked illegally. The illegal attacks led information to be intercepted,tampered or even deleted, so different encryption technology was adopted in the paper inorder to increase the security of the system. The MD5algorithm is an essentiallyirreversible, one-way and high-performance encryption, so it is used to encrypt the userpassword. Even people get the ciphertext encrypted by asymmetric RSA algorithmwithout the private key, they also cannot decrypt ciphertext properly, and so asymmetricRSA algorithm is used to encrypt the partial experiment data. Based on the multiplechaotic algorithm and certain rules of synthesizing hyper chaotic systems, compositesix-dimensional hyper chaotic system of Chen-Duffing is designed in the paper. Thealgorithm contains multiple parameters, the large key space and the strong initial valuesensitivity, which greatly improves the security of the digital image encryption.
