Because of this integration of the various disciplinesof knowledge, such as wireless remote control technology, automatic control technology,image processing technology, has a very high research value, and have a higher intelligence,small, independent action and other characteristics can be achieved, so can be solved a lot ofspecial problems instead of humanbing, such as road detection and other police explosion.Through the current situation on the market of intelligent robot research, combined witha large number of references, this paper presents some problems that exist in this area, namelythe high cost, the image information collection is not comprehensive enough, the controlalgorithm for intelligent vehicle travel path imperfections, less intelligent application requiresmanual operation, etc, and would like to achieve intelligent troubleshooting car highintelligence, you need to devote more resources to high-end hardware.For these problems, this paper presents a relatively simple solution, that intelligent robotstroubleshooting on the basis of non-visual control, increasing the camera module, real-timeobstacle, physical testing, and further investigation by visual control as to its accuracy. In thisdesign, the wireless transmission module, image acquisition module, infrared distance sensormodule, two degrees of freedom manipulator and motor drive module is installed through acombination constitutes a new type of wireless intelligent troubleshooting car. Using wirelesstransmission module and image acquisition module, obstacles images can be transferred to thehost computer from smart car. After the image processing by using fuzzy control algorithmprogrammed intelligent vehicle travel path is controlled so that it can eventually achievewrecker function. Further, infrared ranging module can be used to the smart car for identifyand grab obstacle when the color of the obstacle relative to the background color of the image.Compared to other smart cars, this intelligent troubleshooting car not only reduces thecost of research, but also has some intelligence. Moreover, the smart car can clearobstructions which the manipulators can not see, also within a short distance of the artificial barrier cleared by the infrared range and handle operation.
