Prussian blue analogous complexes (PBA) have the advantages of good electrochemical reversibility, low cost and high stability. But there are a little reports about PBA as sensors. In this paper,100-120 nm Co-Fe PBA with Cs+, which were synthesized in microemulsion were mixed with multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWNTs) through the ultrasonic method, and MWNTs/Co-Fe PBA/GC composite modified electrode was prepared. Using electrochemistry workstation CHI600C and 3-electrode cell, CV was performed in the mixed phosphate buffer solution. The influence of scanning speeds, Co-Fe PBA concentrations, MWNTs concentrations, pH values on modified electrode was studied. It is found that the current response signal of MWNTs/Co-Fe PBA/GC composite modified electrode is the largest in the conditions of scanning rate 100mV·s-1, Co-Fe PBA concentration 10g·L-1, MWNTs concentration 10 g·L-1 and pH 5.8. Futhermore, using MWNTs/Co-Fe PBA/GC composite modified electrode, a low contentration of H2O2 was detected and the results showed a linearity range from 1.0×10-6-1.1×10-3 mol·L-1, a detection limit of 2.5×10-7 mol·L-1, and a sensitivity of 255μA·mM-1·cm-2Surface quality problems widely existed in the production of electrolytic nickel. These problems include air holes, granules and interlayers. Among them, air holes are the most common problem. In this thesis the small-sized imitated electrolysis device was designed according to the production process of electrolytic nickel. Using this device, the influence of following factors to products’ surface qualities are investigated, including pH, organic residues, flow state, temperature control way of electrolyte, pretreatment of nickelfilm, and the adding of addtives. Suitable productive technology conditions were obtained with which good surface quality of nickel electrolysis can be produced.
