When it comes to bilingual teaching, especially bilingual mathematics teaching,remote areas like Xinjiang experienced a late start.Regarding this social background,the evaluation of the bilingual teaching,especially bilingual mathematics teaching approach on the minorities in Xinjiang should have a link with the social language culture in that area.Through a research on the Daolang middle school and maigaiti NO.3 middle school,conclusions can be made that even though the bilingual teaching method is becoming more and more popular,yet there are problems need to be solved. Main problems need to be solved.Main problems concerning teachers are a lack of bilingual math teachers,limits on their pro knowledge and their bad attitude. Problems with students are their bad attitude,limited mandarin skills and their poor foundation of knowledge.In addition to that stated above, in actual teaching practice, the difference between mandarin and the uygur language regarding mathematical terminology is a very important matter that needs attention.Through analyzing the problems of existing retained factors, put forward to improve the bilingual math teaching should guide students to fully understand well the importance and necessity of bilingual, change ideas, strengthen the training work, to create a bilingual environment, strengthening training of teachers. |
