Study On Influence Factors And Promotive Countermeasures Of Collaborative Innovation In Coal University

It’s the obligation and development choice for coal university to participate in industry-academy-research collaborative innovation under the background of “2011 Project”, following such principles as“urgent need,world-class,system preceding,great contributions” and to satisfy the coal energy needs,which finally aimed at changing the status of dispersion of innovation elements, disjunction in industry-academy-research collaborative innovation and the lagging of cultivating mode,enhancing coal industry innovation ability and processing coal industry structure adjustment and transformation and upgrading.based on this,the paper explored influence factors and promotive countermeasures of collaborative innovation in coal university, and put forward collaborative innovation realization approach.This article combed and summarized domestic and foreign research status and explained relevant concepts and theory including industry universities,coal universities,the 2011 plan and collaborative innovation under the background of it, collaborative innovation in coal university and collaboration theory. Through backtracking related research papers and interview results,we defined the performance indicator system and influence factors of collaborative innovation in coal university,using questionnaire survey method to collect data,t using SPSS to simplify data structure factor analysis results show that performance indicator system included industry contribution rate and economic benefit,outputs,resource inputs and participationlevel,meanwhile influence factors included cooperative ability, collaborative conditions, collaborative mechanisms, environment policy, cooperative desire, then the paper constructed Theoretical Model and put forward research hypothesis,then research hypothesis, regression analysis were adopted to verify the factor model and research hypothesis and recognized key factors. The empirical results showed that the key factors produced positive effect on collaborative innovation in coal university, The influence degree, from big to small,are cooperative ability, collaborative conditions, collaborative mechanisms, environment policy, cooperative desire.Finally, the paper analysis the status of safety and green coal mining collaborative innovation center, summarize some good experience of industry-oriented collaborative innovation centers in the first “2011 Plan”, then the paper build the realization approach of collaborative innovation in coal university from three levels including aggressive environment policy, self-diathesis and their relations,mechanism innovation.The research collusions have innovation not only in theory, but also have certain reference value and guiding role to sustainable development of collaborative innovation in coal university.
