Every ethnic group creates its culture in a long-term production and life practice. Ethnic culture has a series of peculiarities, including relative stability and absolute change. It includes explicit elements and implicit elements. Explicit elements are mainly embodied in the aspects of people’s behavior standard, customs and the way of life, on the other hand, its implicit elements reflect in people’s value, beliefs. In multicultural era, the communication between different nations and countries is becoming more and more frequent, and cultural collisions are inevitable. Schools in ethnic minority areas are the junction of the ethnic traditional culture and the mainstream culture of a country. Minority kids from one cultural background into another unfamiliar cultural background process; acculturation has become an unavoidable fact.The research takes Dulongjiang Town D primary school as an example on the basis of literature collection, depth interview, participant observation and questionnaire survey. Through survey, it finds that first-year students in D primary school are confronted with serious acculturation problems. Based on the ethnic characteristic, the research seeks acculturation’s influence factors on ethnic minority primary school pupils. The influence factors mainly include the before and after school cultural interruption of Dulong first-year primary students, school environment and originally living space does not meet and lack of Self and cultural consciousness.In order to promote acculturation of first-year primary students from parent culture into heterogeneous culture in the minority areas, this research focus on building the promotion of acculturation strategies. Firstly, try our best to make the first-year primary students education return to life world; secondly, to create school environment to adapt ethnic first-year primary students living space; thirdly, to promote home and school interaction and narrow the cultural distance; lastly, to guide the ethnic primary school students establish a correct sense of self consciousness and ethnic characteristic.
