| As an important part of education system,Higher Education undertakes the key responsibilities in the process of talent training.And the talent quality of University is closely related to course construction.With development of the School-running Autonomy of Colleges and Universities,the Curriculum Autonomy receives more and more attention of educational theory and educational practice. However there are some questions that not only are the important tasks on curriculum management of University but also tend to explain in this research.What is the connotation and property of the Curriculum Autonomy of University?What is the basic content?What is the present situation?How to improving quality of Higher Education through implement and perfect the Curriculum Autonomy of University?From the concept of curriculum managementzSchool-running Autonomy of Colleges and Universities and the Curriculum Autonomy of Universitykclearing the propertyz boundary of rights and the basic structure of the Curriculum Autonomy of University,we designed the questionnaire and interview to investigate the current situation of the Curriculum Autonomy of Colleges and Universities.Through investigating 100 teachers of three Higher Universities in Chongqing,we analyzed the present situation zthe main problems and the reason from curriculum decisionzcurriculum implementationzcurriculum research and development and curriculum evaluation.Then we put forward some preliminary suggestions on it.The Curriculum Autonomy of Colleges and Universities is about autonomy of curriculum within the framework of the law.It main contains the decision of curriculum designzcurriculum content and rangezteaching material selectionzteaching method selectionz curriculum evaluation,etc.The curriculum autonomy is the basic of school educational right which contains the right of curriculum decision,curriculum implementationzcurriculum research and development and curriculum evaluation.It is the important part of school autonomy and it s the trait of the right of school professionalism.The research shows that college teachers awareness become dim,lost and misuse on curriculum rights,we should improving our realize ability on it.The main reason are that legal nothingnesszeducation management obstaclezuniversity s power lost,traditional concept influence teachers insufficient ability and so on. To change it,we should translate our ideas:first,to establish the right concept;second,to perfect course system;third,to perfect educational laws and regulations;to build professional autonomy. |
