Rhetoric teaching and research have been of concern, different scholars have different emphases, scholars pursued, creating a colorful rhetoric teaching and research. However, the new curriculum standard "to the system", "to the grammar of" teaching oriented with the current junior high school students to understand and use language low level of reality is incompatible. Therefore, the author tries to make development practice and Research on Chinese rhetoric teaching in junior middle school.This paper in the introduction part briefly stated the research background and significance of the thesis, secondly, review of rhetoric teaching theory development course and analysis of an important theory of the present rhetoric teaching again briefly in this paper, the purpose of the study. Finally, an overview of the the paper in the process of research ideas and methods. The first chapter first is related to the concept of rhetoric of a defined, then carries on the investigation about teaching in junior middle school Chinese teaching of rhetoric, and on rhetoric teaching orientation limitations, the examination "exam outline" from the "new curriculum standard" of rhetoric knowledge test analysis of the evolution and division students some misunderstandings to the teaching of rhetoric to explain the causes of Chinese rhetoric teaching in junior middle school.The second chapter from the rhetoric teaching to the basic role of Chinese quality education and guide the student to the standardization of the rhetorical activities two aspects this paper expounds the necessity of Chinese rhetoric teaching of junior high school to expand.The third chapter discusses how to expand the rhetoric teaching in junior high school, mainly is the change of rhetoric cognition, the choice and adjustment of rhetoric teaching content, and the development of rhetoric teaching methods. The third chapter is mainly from the transformation of guiding students’ rhetoric cognition, rhetoric teaching content selection and adjustment, rhetoric teaching methods expand three aspects of Chinese rhetoric teaching in junior high school to expand and expand the effectiveness evaluation of the test.This paper based on the teaching practice, using the method of combining theory and empirical studies, from the analysis of the causes of junior middle school Chinese rhetoric teaching problems, focus on expanding the practice teaching of rhetoric to explore, in the teaching process in addition to teaching basic knowledge of speech, should also be a deeper more widely to teach rhetoric knowledge, enrich the students’ rhetoric knowledge, improve the students’ rhetoric, rhetoric teaching is sending out its individuality and artistic charm. The author tries to provide an effective way to the teaching of junior middle school language rhetoric, truly serve the Chinese teaching.
