Guizhou Bijie pilot area of rural middle school education as the education reform and construction of key, in recent years in all of the strong concern and help, in the reform and innovation of educational system and teaching methods made some achievements. However, in the national basic education mathematics curriculum reform, the rural junior high school mathematics teaching present situation is not optimistic. There are many reasons for this, the Weining Autonomous County as a pilot county education reform and construction of Bijie experimental region, the problems become more prominent, such as at the edge of the zone of economic development, infrastructure construction is relatively backward, poor teaching conditions, coupled with the economic and social development is relatively backward, the teacher is not high in terms of treatment, so that the education of talent loss more serious, highly educated and highly qualified talents is more difficult, on the other hand, the rural middle school teachers team construction is not perfect in the aspect of system, the investment is relatively low city, rural mathematics teachers in self comprehensive literacy awareness is not strong, there is no good use of various resources to improve their teaching level. In mathematics the "three-dimensional target" carry out in-depth, the above reasons result in the rural junior middle school mathematics teachers are relatively thin And in a great extent affected the quality and level of mathematics teaching, in addition, student enters the school mathematics level is relatively high, mathematical difference between students’ level, the larger that the junior high school learning later in the most student mathematics achievement is not ideal, especially to the ninth grade more body now obvious it is undoubtedly necessary. This study through of Weining, part of the township middle school field research, questionnaires, interviews and data analysis methods to carry out research and further understanding of Weining Autonomous County Rural junior high school mathematics teaching the actual situation, and in-depth analysis and discussion, trying to find the problem exists at the root of, effective solution is obtained and provide a reference for the development of mathematics education in local.
