According to the requirements of new curriculum reform on biological concept teaching, I make a study of how to design and use Senior high school biology worksheet, taking "molecular and cell" module as an example.Worksheet is an auxiliary tool of concept teaching,value the process of concept formation,it can help students construct the understanding of biological concept initiative,during the Inquiry learning process.But,today the rearch on biology worksheet is not much in our country,and lack the research on worksheet function, for example guide students to inquiry learning、promote students get the concept and other related functions.In the process of research, the literature research method, experimental research method, observation research and questionnaire survey method and other approaches are adopted. In the first work, the definition of concepts have been made, such as worksheet, learning plan, concept diagram etc. Then, supported by theories, like thematic learning theory, constructivist theory, Zone of proximal development, the purpose, significance and content of this study are described. And I made a description on how to design a specific worksheet from the design solutions, the design principles, the design strategy and the problems should be paid attention to in the design process of worksheet, on the basis of the description, I designed "ATP", "cell breathing" and "the process of photosynthesis," the three theme worksheets.After that, in accordance with “teaching experimental design”, in the light of the six basic aspects of usages of worksheet, I applied this worksheet to teaching and gathered the feedback of usages through detecting a test and the questionnaire. Draw the conclusions that worksheet can help students conceptualize, can improve students’ interest in learning and can also help students develop thinking habits.
