Since the university enrollment, the number of graduates increased year by year,Employment of graduates is becoming more and more serious, which not only affects the development of graduates themselves, but also related to the stability of country and society, It has aroused widespread concern. In this process, we found that the fundamental reason of employment is not the expansion, but rather the graduates employability cannot reach the market demand. The supply and demand mismatch caused a series of problems in the job market. Therefore, enhancing the graduates employability and meeting the needs of the labor market has become a pressing matter of the moment. This study from the perspective of different professional graduates,through the construction of employability model, we have seen the level and current situation of employability of graduates.so,we can explore ways of collaborative development.At first, we sorted out the literature about the composition and development of employability, and made an empirical study on this basis. In the empirical part, we took the graduates of business administration as the research object and got the sample data through questionnaire. Finally we used SPSS17.0 and Excel to process the data.The research paper is divided into three parts:(1) Established a model of employability of graduates majoring in business administration. First, we identified all the employability skills of business administration graduates through a literature study. The index was screened andsupplemented by the experts, then formed a scale and it was sent to the employers.Employers evaluated the importance of each capability and the actual level of the graduates, and so we got the gap between them. The model construction was carried out through the principal level analysis of factor analysis, and finally the five factors were identified, and it includes 38 employability skills.(2) To investigate the current situation of the development of employability of graduates majoring in business administration. We explored the ways in which graduates can be employed and graduates evaluated the effectiveness of them. Thus,we found the problems in the development process. This is beneficial to the establishment of the system of employability development.(3) Exploring the ways of collaborative development. Started from the existing problems of Employability Development, we constructed a collaborative development system, which was mainly based on universities, and including the government,enterprises, intermediary training institutions and graduates, etc.The study from the perspective of business administration graduates, considering different requirements of the different majors and post, ultimately constructed a model of employability.This not only enriched the research content of the employability, but also puts forward the corresponding collaborative development approach, which provides a new way to solve the problem of graduate employment.It is conducive to the development of social economy.And on the basis, we can get the general rules of the composition and development of the graduates employability of the other majors,it is helpful to alleviate employment pressure.
