Business Simulation Game(BSG) was used to cultivate players’ certain skills when it first appeared. After numerous empirical studies confirmed that BSG could promote learning effect of the participator, many higher education institutions and enterprises became interested in BSG,and kinds of BSG were widely used in college education and business training as business teaching tools. At the same time, researchers began to pay attention to the evaluation of learning effect in BSG and to explore the reason why BSG could promote learning effect of the participator.Some researchers considered that the nature of BSG could attract players to learn actively and persistently on theoretical basis about incentive effect and guidance effect, such as virtual, challenging, controllable, rules/purpose. Some researchers explore what kind of skills BSG can actually foster by value-end method. In almost studies, researchers value the learning effect of BSG for teaching and training is to use more afterwards questionnaire to measure the user’s perceived usefulness and perceived value.This article has designed a quasi-experimental which include two parts to generate concept maps described different students’ cognitive structure by collect their paperwork, then comparing the difference cognitive structure on width, depth, and connection degree to value the learning effect of BSG. In first part of quasi-experimental, the purpose is to demonstrate that BSG can promote players’ learning effect by comparing the difference in cognitive structure of students who have participated in BSG and students who have not. The second part of quasi-experimental is to compare the difference in cognitive structure of students who have participated in BSG for one year ago and students who have just finished.The results show that cognitive structure of students experienced BSG are better than control group on width, depth, especially in connection degree, and students will be able to remember the cognitive structure formed and improved in BSG for a long while.
