Undergraduates participate in certificate examinations is an im portant way to enhance the level of self-knowledge and ability to promote their own development. The increasing pressure of employment competition make certificates become im portant symbols of individual ability besides academic diplomas,which triggered a great mass fervor of certificate examination in Chinese universities. However, there are some certificate examinations irregularities phenomenon in the development process, which affect the healthy development of undergraduate participate in certificate examination. Therefore, problems are found and suggestions are provided based on the research on actuality of compus certificate examination in Xinjiang. It is not only the requirement of the sustainable development of the certificate examinations but also the inherent requirement of promoting Xinjiang social and economic development actively and mak ing a healthy development of higher education.Based on the questionnaire of my own design about current situations of Xinjiang undergraduate participate in certificate examinations, we made random sampling research in 4 different types of universities in Xinjiang. The 4 dimensions of the questionnaire selected are to reflect the current situation of undergraduate participate in certificate examinations in Xinjiang. They are "basic research situation" "research and professional learning" "research impact" and "cognitive research". Then I use the statistical software Excel to make a comprehensive analysis of the survey data as well as the diagrams and the interview materials. The study found out that there is a undergraduate students paticipate in certificate examinations boom in Xinjiang. The obvious problem we found from the study is that undergraduate participate in certificate examinations from irrational sources; the reason to take the exam and the certificate the undergraduates chosen tend to be utilitarianism; the cultivation is anomie; the form and the content of the exams are irrational; follow-up examinations learning underdevelopment. This study suggests that the cause of the outstanding is sueson campus certificate examinations mainly from three aspects, namely the com munity, universities and undergraduate students. The reason for the social dimension are Lack of certificate management system; misle d by of public opinions; employ ingunits consume high talent and training institutions incline towards utilitarianism development. The development of higher education in Xinjiang lags behind the national average; universities and universities are cognitive bias of campus certificate examinations and lack of effective guidence are university-level reasons.Undergraduate personal reasons show a lack of comprehensive and objective understanding of the certificates examinations. The lack of independent thinking, rational choice and clear personal plans are also the reasons.The study put forward suggestions based on the actual situations of undergraduates participate in certificate examinations in Xinjiang. They should improv e the form and content of certificate examination s and regular the management system, then im prove human capacity evaluation and selection mechanisms. It is also im portant to shift social attitudes towards individual talent and create a positive atmosphere of public opinion from the social perspective. From the aspect of universities, firstly they should have a correct understanding of campus certificate exam ination s, then establish information platform, and actively guide the behavior of undergraduate participate in certificate examinations. Secondly they should prom ote the reform of teaching level and optimize talents training functions in universities.Finally, rationalize the integration of education resources and certificate examination s training resources in higher education. Undergraduates should set up correct learning viewpoint and life values, and improvetheir overall quality in the meantime. Then make clear their self-development goals and make their own rational self-development plans.This study is conducive to enriching the theory of campus certificate examinations, the understanding of the current situation and the reasons for undergraduate participate in campus certificate examinations in Xinjiang. Providing a basis for promoting standardized development of undergraduate participate in campus certificate examinations in Xinjiang. It is also conducive to help ing to improve the overall qualit ies of university students, thereby promoting the development of higher education in Xinjiang and giving impetus to sociol-economic progress.
