As the developing of the vocational education of our country, Our government takes measures to transform part of the ordinary undergraduate universities to Universities of Applied Sciences. This would bring changes to the training goal, teachers, teaching mode and management mode, and these changes would affect the development of undergraduates, especially the study. Students approval to the transformation of their school is essential, this will help their psychological adjustment, be optimistic, and face the difficulties in the process of learning, help them seek solutions actively and adapt to the new learning.Now, the research on approval of our country mainly focused on school identity, role identity and major identity and professional identity, etc., has not yet been someone research on students’ approval to the transformation of the universities. We believe that the research on students’ approval to the transformation of the universities is necessary. Students’ approval to the transformation of the universities relate to mental elasticity. Higher mental elasticity could improve their learning adjustment. This study regards the students of the transformation of school as object, research the relationship of the students’ approval to the transformation of the universities,mental elasticity.and learning adjustment. This study recovers the short of the research of this aspect, provides the proof to the development of this three and provides the suggest to the education of students mental.This study found that:(1) the self-made questionnaire of H Students approval to the transformation of their school I has good validity and reliability, meet the requirements of educational surveying, and can be used as a measuring tool in this research.(2) Students approval to the transformation of their school is made up by three parts: the approval of understand,approval of initiative, approval of active emotion,(3)On the approval of understand and the approval of active emotion, boy s sore is higher than girl. On the approval of understand, the sore of the students of grade three is higher than the students of grade one and grade two. On the approval of active emotion, the score of grade four is higher than other students.(4)The level of approval of students major in Engineering is lower than other students. On the approval of the active emotion, the sore of students from countryside is higher than students from city. On the approval of understand, the score of students of one-child is lower than other students. On the approval of active emotion, the students from richer family get higher score than the students from normal family. The approval level of the students who are closed to teachers is higher than other students.(5)On the optimistic, girls score is higher than boys, the score of student of grade three is higher than other students, the score of students major in Engineering is lower than other students, The level of the students who are closed to teachers is higher than other students.(6)On the tenacity, the students from richer family get higher score than the students from normal family and richest family. On the tenacity, power and total, High-ability students score is higher than others.The level of the students who are closed to teachers is higher than other students.(7)On the teaching mode, learning ability, learning attitude, and the total score,, girls score is higher than boys,different grades score had significant differences. On the learning motivation, students major in Engineering get higher score than other students. On the teaching mode, Normal and history classes students scored significantly higher than other students. On the learning attitude, and the total score, Normal students scored significantly higher than other students. On the learning attitude and the total score, teacher-training students scored significantly higher than other majors, history and science classes students scored significantly higher engineering students. On the learning attitude, science students scored significantly lower than that of other majors. On the environmental impact, science students were significantly higher than that of other professional college students, rural students scored significantly higher than urban students.(8) On the teaching mode, learning ability, environmental impact, and the total score, the only-child college students scored significantly higher than the only-child college students, significant difference exists among students of different family economic situation. significant difference exists on learning motivation, learning ability, learning attitude, impact on the environment and the total score. different relations between teacher and student scored significantly difference on the total score.(9)The recognition of the college students to the transformation of the school each dimension and the total score and its psychological elastic dimension and the total score was significantly positively related. Ability to learn, environmental impact, and the total score was significantly positively related to the recognition of the college students to the transformation of the school each dimension and the total score. Learning motivation was significantly positively related to appropriate active recognition@understanding recognition and total score. Teaching mode was significantly positively related to understanding recognition and total score. Learning attitude was significantly positively related to appropriate active recognition@active emotional recognition and total score. learning motivation, teaching mode, learning ability, environmental impact, and the total score was significantly positively related to each dimension of the elasticity of heart and the total score, learning attitude and tenacity, strength and resilience score was significantly positively related.(10)The students resilience plays a partial mediating role between the recognition of the college students to the transformation of the school and learning adaptability.(11)According to the results of this study, we put forward some education countermeasures that is to strengthen publicity and education, to improve the recognition of the university students to the transformation of the school, to strengthen psychological guidance, improve the level of college students’ mental flexibility; Improve the relationship between teachers and students, strengthen the communication between teachers and students, improve the level of college students learning adaptability.
