In the research the problem representation, a more effective way of mathematical problem representation, is positive for the solution of problems. Schematic representation which plays an important role in the solution of the problem increasingly gets people’s attention. Schematic representation as a way of characterization mainly includes the characterization of the problem space relation and spatial transformation. From a certain sense, schema representation is primary to a more effective way about the solution of primary application. Based on the effective information provided by the problems and the experience in knowledge accumulated from the individual itself, the structure of the problem was found. From that, building of problem spaces being part of the individual itself is the process of problem representation, namely observing problems presenting in the brain. When Primary school students solve problems, firstly, the information provided in this example was characterized, and schema representation is an effective way of characterization. Schema representation can support students’ working memory. In other words, it will try to reduce the working memory load when solving word problems, then, schema representation encouraged students to find or give the category of correct sample.About how to find the application of the schema representation do in elementary school, this paper carried out the following research:To define schema representation, the schema representation used in teaching from theory and practice was analyzed deeply, and was an effective way of elementary school to teach.According to the model and think of general thinking process formed by schema representation, the teaching mode was constructed and the teaching mode of teaching process was set forth.Through the "trip" mathematics word problems design schema representation, this paper expounds the schema representation of the model of teaching elementary school among the teaching case.Design questionnaire, to a certain extent, verify the effectiveness of the teaching model of schema representation.The results in this work showed that the teaching model’s knowledgeable target in the teaching of applied problems got the better implementation, but it was insufficient for the students’ ability of learning goals and emotional wanting. almost thirty percent of the students choosing "no" or "not sure", shows that students in the class of communication need to be further strengthen and the students’ self-study ability indeed remains to be further improved.
