Understanding the secondary vocational teachers’ job satisfaction and solving the problem individually may affect teachers’ job satisfaction to ensure that the school-running objectives of secondary vocational school can be achieved, and providing excellent professional and technical talents for the rapid development of social. The job requirements- resource model(JD- R) showed that job resources help cushion the effects of high job involvement and high workload on job performance and job satisfaction. Researchers have been attaching importance to Conservation of Resource Theory in recent years, and COR emphasize personal gain, retention and accumulation, and suppose the existence of loss spirals and gain spirals. The common ground of the three theories is paying much attention to job resources. The research is on the basis of analyzing teacher’s job satisfaction at home and abroad by synthesis and the Chinese local background of professional culture. From the psychologist point, carrying on systematic research for the concept, construction, current situation and influence model of secondary vocational teacher’s job satisfaction by using the sealing method. I choose the secondary vocational teacher from Tianjin, Shanxi, Sichuan, Hunan, Zhejiang, Qingdao, Xiamen, Hefei, Guizhou as the study subjects and adopted measurement. This investigation altogether provides questionnaires 1476, the actual recovery of 1095 copies, of which 1207 valid questionnaires for an effective questionnaire returns is 90.2%. First, the research works out the secondary vocational teacher’s job satisfaction scale that fit the requirement of psychometrics. According to this, I do some questionnaire survey research on job characteristic inventory and indigenous psychological capital scale, and analysis the difference of Chinese secondary vocational teacher’s job satisfaction and demographic variables. The results showed that:(1) working out secondary vocational teachers’ job satisfaction scale need five factors, they include incentive and management, colleague relations, student motivation, salary and resources and the environment. The scale has good reliability and validity, which can be used in later research tools.(2) the secondary vocational teachers’ job satisfaction exist great difference in the gender, age, seniority, educational background, professional titles, teachers job category. The job satisfaction of female teachers, young teachers, highly educated teachers doubled-professionally-titled teachers are higher than others.(3) there are closely relationship between the secondary vocational teachers’ job characteristics, psychological capital and job satisfaction, and the working characteristic of the feedback and diversity of skills and job autonomy have predictive power on job satisfaction. The main predictor of job satisfaction is interpersonal psychological capital. All dimensions of job characteristics have a significant effect on transactional psychological capital.(4) the secondary vocational teachers’ psychological capital has intermediary effect on job satisfaction and psychological capital, which account 20% of the main effect. Transactional psychological capital and interpersonal psychological capital have effect of resources gain on secondary vocational teacher’s characteristic and job satisfaction and the chain intermediary role between them. There will be 24.06% job characteristics affected by transactional psychological capital and interpersonal psychological capital, then it will affect work. According to the related polices and suggestions form the researching result, we can create harmonious work relations, individuation management, concern about the psychological need of different teachers, career development of secondary teachers, and the current situation of teachers’ job satisfaction. What is the biggest innovation point of the research is focusing on the work of the vocational school teachers in the workplace more focus on interpersonal relationships and group harmony, creating a harmonious work environment is beneficial to enhance the job satisfaction.
