Programmed, technical, specialized teacher behavior model make teachers into the realm of ignorance. The teacher no longer asked "the reason for action" morally.Teachers are not clear about what kind of moral action is right. The teacher is in a state of no reflection on the moral standard and moral duty,Such a state is because of the ignorance of the necessity of moral duty in action. Searching for the true meaning of education and the rational practice of exploring the value and significance of teachers themselves is a deep calling to the teacher’s action. That is the teacher’s action should be moral action.Kant said:"the moral value of behavior, must be implemented for the obligations." The teacher’s deontic action is the act of fulfilling obligations for the moral duty of a teacher, is the action from morality and justice,is an act of moral principle in accordance with the principle of morality,is an act that should be carried out on the right.Teachers should not only undertake the general moral obligation to society and to other people in their own field of life, but also take the professional moral obligation as a teacher’s professional role. Therefore, the teacher’s moral action can be of three types:action of moral duty within the profession, action of natural obligation as a person, moral action of Super Duty.Through the analysis of the teacher’s "deontic action", the author found that the "deontic action" of the teacher has the following essential characteristics:teachers’ deontic action is to ask for a reason,is not for utility,is to be free,is subjected to practice rational reflection,is mediated by the moral law regulations, is by moral evaluation, is to bear out of the obligation. Why is the teacher’s moral action necessary? Because moral actions based on moral emotions are not stable. The impulse, the volatility and the situation make the moral action have non fixed characteristics. Moral action based on virtue is of moral value, only when the virtue is complete and unified. The moral action based on the traditional customs is not rational and has no reflection. Therefore, we must distinguish the legitimacy of the custom itself. Only a deontic action is justified, and it is an act of moral worth, for deontic action is justified.Teachers’ deontic action is not only the way to realize the value and purpose of education, but also is teacher’s moral personality formation and development way. Deontic action is for the purpose of the pursuit of good things in education and causing people’s spiritual growth. Teachers’ moral action accords with moral value, moral principles, and bearing the moral obligation of excellence. Practice of deontic action is meaningful for the teacher’s self realization and the pursuit of personality, and teachers’ deontic action has important implications for students’ moral guidance and rational development.
