The secondary vocational school is the cradle of the talented people in the field of production,service, technology and other fields. It plays an important role in our country’s education system, Its success not only affects the realization of educational modernization, but also directly influence the development process of social economy. With the deepening of economic globalization and technological revolution, the development of secondary vocational schools is more and more attracted by people of all walks of life.Academic evaluation as the value judgment process of the result of students’ learning, has the function of feedback in the whole process of education.lt regulates the teaching effectiveness and promotes the students’comprehensive development, which is advantageous to improve the technical schools’education quality. Academic assessment may produce both positive and negative effects:negative academic assessment will lead to students weariness and frustration; positive assessment, which is good to solve the contradictions of students own development and social needs can lay the role of incentives. However, the academic assessment of secondary vocational education in our country values vocational theory and skills, looks down on quality development, values performance appraisal, looks down on evaluation of words and behavior, values the results, looks down on the process, which leads that students autonomous learning enthusiasm is not high.Therefore, exploring vocational schools evaluation model which adapt to the modern social development gradually become an important task of vocational colleges connotation construction.This study is on the basic of in-depth investigation of the present status of the secondary vocational school academic evaluation, refer to the current domestic and foreign research results, puts forward the developmental academic evaluation model based on career. Combined with the author practical experience, the article give an idea of constructing an entire and diversity evaluation system, which has theoretical and realistic significance of improving the quality of education.The first part introduces the background and significance of the topic, the research content, methods and ideas are explained. Carding the current research situation of Chinese and foreign literature in related fields from different angles, few theoretical studies but more practical research, the vocational school is particularly scarce. At the same time, the core concept of this paper is interpreted and analyzed.The second part mainly surveys and analyses the academic evaluation mechanism status, taking a secondary vocational school as a typical representative and enterprise demand for talents for Vocational School. According to the survey, the enterprise shows low recognition of vocational school graduates, give the reason that they do not have a strong ability to sustainable development, this gap has a certain relationship with the school’s evaluation mechanism, the evaluation utility is out of the need of enterprises.Thus, put forward to reshape the academic evaluation values, taking the development of students’career as the core.The third part based on the theory of multiple intelligence, constructive and post modern education theory,explains the connotation, characteristics and implementation principles of development evaluation, meanwhile, the implementation methods, technology and process of the development evaluation are preliminary considered. Finally, discusses the conditions for the implementation of the development evaluation from three aspects of the system, the environment, and personnel.The fourth part puts forward the construction strategy of the development of the secondary vocational school students, that is, the whole process of diversified evaluation system. The concrete performance is the penetration of the evaluation stage and the diversity of the evaluation factors, and the possible problems and defects of the evaluation are suspected.
