As a group of adolescents, junior high school students are in the golden period of shaping personality and character, due to the impact of individual, family, school, social and some other factors, the age of junior high school is prone to appear the phenomenon of school bullying. Bullying behavior is harmful to not only the injured students, bully-students, bystanders, but even the whole society. Nowadays, school bullying has become a major social problem which threatens the adolescents’ physical and mental health, as well as social harmony. Through combing the existing researches, scholars made a specific comprehensive exposition to the concept, reasons, the various roles of school bullying from the perspective and the field of education, psychology and the related areas, but there is rarely have the research directly from the comprehensive intervention of social work and take a role for service object. Social workers keep the core professional value of "helping them to help themselves", the concept of social work provide a new method to study school bullying problems. The program plan to take the bully-students as the main service object, comprehensively use the professional methods of casework, group work and community work, offer the bully-students professional services. The purpose of this program is to help the clients aware of the consequences and characteristics of bullying, and then change the cognitive attitudes, correct deviant behavior, return to normal school life. The program mainly uses cognitive behavioral theory, rational emotive theory and ecological perspective theory, through in-depth interview, participant observation make a research for the problems and needs of bully-students, this program have designed ten activities, and hope to help clients find a positive attitude, express their own real emotion, and take sensible action, so that they can correct their deviant cognition and behavior. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the activities, the program designs the evaluation method, through process assessment and results assessment, the program will carry out a comprehensive assessment of social work involved in school bullying’s achievement.
