But there are still many local colleges still no action. Of course, even if some local colleges has to do something, to some extent, has made certain achievements in the process, but also has many deficiencies, not even to find the right path. So, the author summarizes the development of local colleges in local colleges and the problems in the process of reform in a comprehensive way, as a case study of yulin teachers college comprehensive reform, puts forward the path of local colleges and universities to promote comprehensive reform Suggestions.In this paper, using the literature analysis method and interview method.
